KonektMe app for iPhone and iPad

At Konekt, we understand that experiencing a workplace injury can be a stressful time. KonektMe helps take the stress out of managing your claim so you can focus on getting back to work and life. KonektMe helps you to:

• Understand how the process works, how Konekt can support you and what you can do to recover and return to work safely
• Keep track of important contacts related to your claim such as your Konekt Consultant, Case Manager, Employer and Treating Providers
• Add notes to keep track of questions for your treating health professionals, and record information or advice they give you
• View or upload your medical certificates and share them with your treatment and rehabilitation providers when you need to
• Receive summaries of meetings you attended with Konekt so you can see what was discussed and decided
• Manage your appointments
• Get further support if you need it, with links and information on services that may be able to assist you with some of the challenges you might be facing

KonektMe is currently available to people with an icare NSW workers compensation claim who have been referred to Konekt for rehabilitation services. If you’re with Konekt in a different state and would like to use the app, let your Consultant know and we can update you when it is available in your location!
